Accessibility Declaration
Our Commitment
East West Product House is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance Status
This website aims to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines). We strive to ensure that all pages are accessible to users who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, and other devices.
Measures Taken
We have taken the following measures to ensure accessibility:
- Semantic HTML5 elements are used throughout for correct document structure.
- All images include descriptive alternative text or are marked as decorative where appropriate.
- Colour contrast meets or exceeds the 4.5:1 minimum ratio required by WCAG 2.1 AA for normal text.
- The website is fully navigable using a keyboard. Focus indicators are visible at all times.
- The website is responsive and works across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.
- Font sizes and layout remain usable when text is scaled up to 200%.
- ARIA labels and roles are used where native HTML semantics are insufficient.
- No content flashes or auto-plays audio without user consent.
- Users who prefer reduced motion will see no decorative animations (via
prefers-reduced-motion).

We are aware of the following limitations and are actively working to address them:
